" WAR VERSUS POLITICS " It seems that our men and women in uniform keep dealing with the problem, how they handle rules of engagement. If a soldier has to think about if he or she has the permission to fire on the enemy, no matter if they can tell if they are enemy, then that is the final straw for me & most soldiers in the field. Most of the time you don't have time to figure it out, so you take them out. The time it takes to figure out whether they are or not: " Will get you killed "	1	0
METAL STORM { MILITARY WEAPONOLOGY } Metal Storm a system that fires rifle rounds at a rate of fire; one million rounds a minute. Also a 40mm grenade version that fires at a rate of 225,000 rounds a minute. We sure could have used a system like that in Vietnam.	0	0
